Bryoni Currin

Bryoni has been involved in theatre since her first show at The Playhouse in 2007. She has taken on many different roles including dancing, singing, acting, stage managing, props, lighting and sound, and most recently – script-writing and directing.

In 2016 she directed Little Red Riding Hood with Darryl Spijkers and earned her director’s ticket. She then directed Wishing for Christmas (2017) and The Adventures of the Gingerbread Man (2019). Although she has been involved in shows at other theatres and performed on other stages, including The Artscape, most of her shows have been on The Playhouse stage, where it all began.
